Hello, ladies !

I'm back again with another interesting manicure that I've done for the theme "Inspired by Asian letters" from the T.P.A. Group Challenge. I chose orange and turquoise; and if you keep reading, you'll see why...

M-am întors cu o nouă manichiură interesantă pe care am realizat-o pentru tema „inspirată de litere asiatice” din cadrul colaborării din grupul T.P.A. Am ales portocaliu și turcoaz; iar dacă citiți în continuare, veți vedea și de ce...

For today's theme I was inspired by a cute post I saw recently on 9gag. I found it interesting enough to recreate two of the pictures on my nails. I chose 'fire' and 'water' not only because they were easy to do, but also because they were somehow related.

Pentru tema de astăzi m-am inspirat dintr-o postare drăguță pe care am văzut-o de curând pe 9gag. Am găsit-o suficient de interesantă încât să recreez două dintre imagini pe unghiile mele. Am ales 'foc' și 'apă' nu numai pentru că erau ușor de făcut, ci și pentru că aveau oarecum legătură.

I applied a base coat and then I used one single coat of turquoise and orange for each nail, alternatively. I applied a lovely confetti top coat from Gabrini on three of the nails, and on the accent nails I applied a mattifying top coat to act as the base of the drawings with acrylic paint. Then I started drawing the flame and the water drop using white and a fine detail brush. When that dried, I colored them with orange and blue and then drew the symbols with black. The Polishield top coat from Orly made it all smooth and shiny.

I can't tell you how much I love how these came out ! Everybody that saw the drawings thought they were decals and that made me very proud. :D Would you rock these ?...

Am aplicat o bază, apoi am folosit un singur strat de de ojă turcoaz și portocalie pentru fiecare unghie, alternativ. Am aplicat un top coat confetti drăguț de la Gabrini pe trei dintre unghii, iar pe unghiile accent am aplicat un top coat matifiant care a acționat ca o bază pentru desenele făcute cu vopsea acrilică. Apoi am început să desenez flacăra și picătura cu alb și cu o pensulă fină pentru detalii. După uscare, le-am colorat cu portocaliu și bleu, după care am desenat simbolurile cu negru. Top coat-ul Polishield de la Orly a făcut totul neted și lucios.

Nici nu vă pot spune cât de mult îmi place cum mi-au ieșit ! Toată lumea care mi-a văzut desenele a crezut că sunt abțibilduri, iar asta m-a făcut foarte mândră. :D Voi ați purta așa ceva ?...
