Golden Rose Rich Color #06

The colour of this nail polish is very autumn-ish from my point of view, so I had to try it out, given the weather conditions lately. It is a dark orange with gold particles and it is absolutely gorgeous and special. Maybe my skin tone doesn't do it much justice, but what can I do about it ? I think it would look best on someone with a pale skin tone, so I will definitely try it out again as soon as all my tan will disappear. :)

I applied a transparent base coat as always, then two coats of #06. Yes, I needed two coats for full opacity, although they say that one coat should be enough - it's not. It has a nice consistency and it applies very well, also due to the wide and flat maxi brush. There was no streaking involved and the drying time was average. To make the gold particles stand out even more, I thought I should do a couple of golden dots on each nail using a no-name nail polish that dries in about two hours. :D To speed up the drying process I could have used a coat of Seche Vite, but for some reason I chose not to, as #06 already has a glossy finish. I think it would have looked best if I had applied two studs instead, but I don't own any...

Astăzi este rândul unei alte oje pe care am primit-o de la Gabriela. Dacă e nevoie să vă reîmprospătaţi memoria, daţi click aici.

Culoarea acestei oje este foarte „tomnatică" din punctul meu de vedere, aşa că a trebuit să o încerc, având în vedere starea vremii din ultima perioadă. Are o culoare potocalie închisă cu particule aurii şi este cu adevărat minunată şi specială. Poate că nuanţa pielii mele nu o pune în valoare, dar ce pot să fac în privinţa asta ? Cred că ar arăta mai bine pe cineva a cărei piele are o nuanţă mai palidă, aşa că o voi încerca din nou cu siguranţă, de îndată ce îmi va dispărea bronzul de tot. :)

Am aplicat o bază transparentă protectoare, ca de obicei, apoi două straturi de #06. Da, a fost nevoie de două straturi pentru opacitate completă, deşi ei zic că un strat ar fi suficient - nu e. Are o consistenţă bună şi se aplică foarte uşor, asta şi datorită pensulei maxi, care e lată şi plată. Nu a lăsat dâre şi timpul de uscare a fost mediu. Pentru ca particulele aurii să iasă şi mai mult în evidenţă, m-am gândit să fac câte două puncte aurii pe fiecare unghie cu o ojă no-name care se usucă în vreo două ore. :D Ca să grăbesc procesul de uscare aş fi putut aplica un strat de Seche vite, dar din diverse motive am ales să nu fac asta, mai ales că #06 are deja un finisaj lucios. Cred că ar fi arătat cel mai bine dacă aş fi aplicat două ţinte, dar nu am...
